Senior-mentored associate role within a large international energy practice, based in Houston. The position focuses on transactional work across conventional and renewable energy sectors, including M&A, project development, project finance and commercial contracting.

The role offers exposure to domestic and cross-border matters within a multi-office platform and a structured training environment with a nationally recognized energy team. Candidates will join a collaborative group handling a broad range of commercial and regulatory transactional matters.

0–2 years post-JD experience; junior associates or recent graduates encouraged to apply
J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
Admission to the Texas bar or pending admission; candidates not yet admitted must plan to sit for the Texas Bar Exam in summer 2026
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
Prior energy or transactional experience a plus (project finance, M&A, project development)
Excellent legal writing, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
