Apply in confidence →Top-tier U.S. law firm is hiring an entry-level associate to join its Employee Benefits practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, including Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C., Seattle and San Francisco.
The successful candidate will work on a range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, supporting more senior lawyers on plan design, compliance, and transactional issues. This position emphasizes strong drafting, research and client-facing support.
Applicants should be prepared to contribute immediately in a fast-paced practice and to develop specialized expertise in employee benefits and health & welfare matters.
- Tax LL.M. or current third-year law student (Fall 2026 admission) with strong academic credentials
- Eligible to sit for the bar or already admitted in the hiring jurisdiction
- Demonstrated interest or experience in employee benefits and executive compensation preferred
- Excellent writing, analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
