Leading international law firm team in New York is recruiting an incoming associate to join its Latin America finance and capital markets practice for Fall 2026. The role involves working on cross-border capital markets and finance transactions for clients active in the region.

Ideal candidates will have completed or be completing an LL.M. and will bring prior law firm experience in Latin American jurisdictions. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required. Applicants will be asked to submit standard application materials and complete a brief online assessment as part of the process.

Law degree from a recognised jurisdiction; LL.M. preferred or in progress
Approximately 3 years of prior law firm experience before LL.M. (as indicated)
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
Interest and/or experience in Latin America-focused finance and capital markets work
Provide resume and law school transcript; LL.M. transcript if applicable; complete an online assessment
