Entry-level Associate — Intellectual Property Litigation

Top-tier national law firm is recruiting a first-year associate to join its Intellectual Property litigation team in Texas. The role is open to candidates for Fall 2026, with Dallas preferred and Houston also being considered.

Ideal candidates have a strong interest in patent litigation, excellent academic credentials, and strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Candidates with a technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline are strongly encouraged to apply. USPTO registration is a plus but not required.

• Must be scheduled to take the July 2026 Texas Bar Exam
