Experienced patent associate sought to join a global intellectual property team. The role focuses on patent disputes with additional responsibility for patent prosecution and transactional patent work, supporting licensing and commercial IP matters.

The position is open to candidates across US offices, with a preference for Dallas. You will work as part of cross-border teams on complex matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, false advertising and related commercial disputes.

This is a collaborative role for a technically qualified lawyer who can contribute to contentious and non-contentious IP work and who can engage with clients across practice areas and jurisdictions.

Mid-to-senior associate level with meaningful patent experience, preferably with a focus on patent disputes
Engineering background required
Experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution, licensing and related commercial disputes
Texas bar-qualified or able to waive into the Texas Bar
Strong teamwork, drafting and client-facing skills
