IP Litigation Associate

Our Intellectual Property practice group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated mid-level associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong record of representing clients in disputes before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or USPTO proceedings. A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical experience is required. Registration with the USPTO is a plus. While our Dallas office is the preferred location, we are open to considering strong candidates in other office locations. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

• 3–5 years of patent litigation experience
• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical background
• Experience before district courts, the ITC, or the PTAB preferred
• Admission to the applicable state bar
