An Am Law 20 firm seeks talented junior- to mid-level associates to join its Intellectual Property & Technology practice in Dallas. The role focuses on patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

• Experience in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the ITC, or the PTAB
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent (preferred)
• Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
• Patent Bar membership preferred but not required
