Leading national IP litigation team seeks an associate with 2–6 years of patent litigation experience to join busy practices in Del Mar or Dallas; exceptional candidates may be considered for other U.S. offices. The role offers exposure to complex patent matters across district courts, ITC proceedings, PTAB matters, and licensing disputes.

2–6 years of patent/IP litigation experience (district court patent cases, ITC/Section 337, and/or PTAB/IPR proceedings)
Technical background preferred (electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related field)
Experience with complex technologies such as semiconductors, wireless communications, software, or consumer electronics is advantageous
Licensed to practice in the U.S. jurisdiction where applying
Demonstrated teamwork, strong written and oral advocacy skills, and responsible use of AI/automation tools in legal practice
