Patent Litigation Associate — Dallas

Growing intellectual property litigation team seeking a junior- to mid-level associate to work on patent litigation matters. The role involves courtroom and litigation work across U.S. district courts and before specialized forums such as the U.S. International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background (electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent). Advanced technical degrees or relevant industry experience are advantageous. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required.

• Junior- to mid-level patent litigation experience, including work in U.S. district courts, the ITC, or before the PTAB
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent technical discipline
• Advanced technical degree or industry experience is a plus
• Patent Bar membership preferred but not required
