Mid-level litigation associate role in Dallas handling a broad commercial litigation docket. The position involves lead and supporting responsibilities across insurance defense, product liability, personal injury, business disputes and construction-defect matters.

Day-to-day work includes legal research and drafting, motion practice, discovery management and objections, taking and defending depositions, and representation at hearings and mediations. Experience with litigation reporting for insurance clients is a plus.

Strong writing and analytical skills, sound academic credentials, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex matters are required. Candidates must hold an active Texas bar license in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (post-qualification)
Demonstrated hands-on experience across all phases of commercial litigation: research, motion practice, discovery, depositions
Experience in insurance defense and product liability matters preferred
Excellent writing, analytical skills and strong academic record
Active Texas law license in good standing
