Mid-level patent litigation role in a large national firm’s Dallas office. The team handles complex patent disputes in district courts, before the International Trade Commission, and in USPTO trial proceedings (PTAB).

Ideal candidates have experience representing both asserted patent owners and accused infringers, strong motion and discovery experience, and the technical background to handle high-tech matters. USPTO registration is a plus. All applicants must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.

3–5 years' experience in patent litigation (district courts, ITC and/or PTAB)
Experience representing both patent owners and accused infringers
Technical degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical experience
Admission to the Texas State Bar required; USPTO registration preferred
Strong drafting, briefing, and oral advocacy skills
