Senior associate-level opportunity in a nationally recognized intellectual property practice. The role supports complex patent litigation matters, including district court cases, ITC disputes, PTAB proceedings, and licensing matters, with a mix of global and emerging technology clients.

The team offers structured mentorship, hands-on litigation experience, and formal career development within a collaborative, diverse group. The role is compatible with a hybrid schedule (three days on-site per week).

2-6 years of IP litigation experience, including district court patent litigation, ITC matters, and/or PTAB proceedings.
Technical background preferred (electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related degree).
Experience with complex technologies such as wireless communications, semiconductors, software, or consumer electronics preferred.
Licensed to practice in the U.S. jurisdiction where application is submitted.
Demonstrated teamwork, strong legal writing and advocacy skills, and sound problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with responsible and ethical use of AI tools in legal practice.
