Seeking an IP litigation associate to join a nationally recognized intellectual property practice. The role involves litigation across district courts, ITC disputes, PTAB proceedings and licensing matters for technology-focused clients.

2-6 years of IP litigation experience, including district court patent litigation, ITC matters and/or PTAB proceedings
Background in science or engineering preferred (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science, physics)
Experience with complex technologies such as wireless communications, semiconductors, software, or consumer electronics is a plus
Active license to practice in the jurisdiction where candidate applies
Demonstrated collaborative teamwork, advanced legal problem-solving, and responsible use of AI tools in legal practice
