We are seeking an entry-level corporate associate to join a national firm’s Boston corporate group. The role offers exposure to public and private M&A and cross-border transactional work, collaborating with senior lawyers on sophisticated deals and corporate matters.

New associates participate in a firm-wide orientation and training program based in Boston and are assigned formal mentors to support early development. This position requires approximately 60% in-office presence with up to 40% remote work permitted. Anticipated start date is September 2027.

J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school (expected 2027 graduate)
Eligible for admission to the jurisdiction where applying
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and client readiness
Ability to prioritize competing matters, strong organization and attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
