Apply in confidence →Join a corporate section as a KM&I associate attorney focused on improving how transactional knowledge is captured, organized, and delivered to deal teams. The role supports drafting and maintaining model documents, templates, checklists and precedent libraries, and helps translate matter learnings into practical resources.
You will work with practice leadership, professional development and IT to evaluate and roll out practice technologies (document automation, AI-enabled search/review, DMS integrations), design trainings and playbooks, and drive adoption through communications and targeted outreach. The position is office-based part of the time (approximately 60% on-site).
- J.D. required.
- 3–5 years' experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, VC/PE, securities) in private practice or equivalent.
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills with ability to engage and influence lawyers and partners.
- Experience with legal technologies and document management/automation tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, DMS, document automation, AI/search platforms); quick to learn new tools.
- Proven organizer/project manager comfortable juggling multiple initiatives; strong judgment and discretion handling confidential matters.
