Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Technology Companies — Boston

Join a busy Technology Companies team advising U.S. and cross-border technology clients across the company lifecycle. The role focuses on transactional work including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

The position requires both collaborative teamwork on larger matters and the ability to manage substantial components of transactions independently. The team offers a collegial, entrepreneurial environment with frequent cross-practice collaboration.

• Mid-level to senior associate experience in technology/company-side transactional work (venture financings, M&A, and/or private/public offerings)
• Proven ability to manage significant deal components independently and work effectively in teams
• Outstanding academic credentials and prior comparable law-firm experience
• Relevant bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly; current deal sheet required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
