Senior M&A Associate – Technology

A leading law firm is seeking highly qualified senior associates to join its Technology Companies M&A group. The role involves working with both early- and late-stage technology companies as well as leading venture capital investor clients.

Candidates should have significant experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently. The position requires a proactive approach, strong business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

• Significant M&A experience, preferably with early- and late-stage technology companies and venture capital investor clients
• Proven ability to manage transaction components independently and work effectively in teams
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
• Proactive, with strong business sense and relationship management skills
