A well‑established technology transactions team is seeking senior associates to join its Technologies Companies M&A practice in Boston. The role focuses on buy‑ and sell‑side M&A for technology companies across early and late stages, with substantial exposure to venture capital investor clients.

Ideal candidates will have significant deal experience both working collaboratively on teams and managing discrete transaction components independently. The team values proactive lawyers with strong commercial judgment who can manage client and outside‑counsel relationships effectively.

Outstanding academic credentials, prior comparable firm experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and relevant bar admission (or prompt eligibility) are required.

Significant M&A experience advising technology companies, including early‑ and late‑stage matters
Experience advising or interacting with venture capital investor clients
Proven ability to manage components of transactions independently and work effectively on deal teams
Outstanding academic credentials and prior comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
