A globally recognized M&A group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its public M&A team in Boston. The team is consistently ranked among the highest-volume M&A practices worldwide and offers the opportunity to work on headline-grabbing public company transactions.

The role involves a broad range of M&A and public company work, with a focus on transactions involving public companies on both the sellside and buyside, and related securities law matters. Associates in this group build versatile skill sets and serve as trusted strategic advisors to clients.

While the work spans multiple industries, experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is a plus. The firm maintains a collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial culture.

3–6 years of M&A and transactional experience
Substantial focus on public company M&A (sellside and buyside) and related securities laws
Experience with technology and/or life sciences industries preferred
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
Deal sheet required
