Growing Public M&A team within a national corporate practice seeks a mid‑to‑senior associate with 3–6 years of relevant experience to join the Boston office. The team advises on high‑profile public company M&A and related securities matters, with significant work across technology, life sciences, real estate and financial services clients.

Successful candidates will work on sell‑side and buy‑side public deals, draft and negotiate transaction documentation, manage diligence and coordinate with securities and regulatory counsel. The role offers exposure to complex, market‑leading transactions and opportunity to develop as a trusted advisor to public company clients.

3–6 years of corporate / M&A experience with a strong focus on public company transactions
Practical knowledge of securities laws and public filing requirements
Experience with technology and/or life sciences clients is a plus
Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and submission of a deal sheet required
