The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear interest in project finance, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on client-focused engagements. This is a Fall 2026 start.
New York bar admission will be required within one year of hire. Competitive compensation and firm-standard benefits are offered.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and eligibility to sit for the New York bar.
- Demonstrated interest in project finance and energy/infrastructure transactional work.
- Strong academic record, excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Team-player attitude, initiative, and ability to manage work independently on client matters.
- New York bar admission required within one year of start.
