Entry-Level Energy & Infrastructure Associate — New York

Seeking an entry-level associate to join a New York energy and infrastructure practice with a focus on project finance. The role is part of a transactional team that advises on financing and development matters across the energy and infrastructure sector.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear interest in project finance, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on client-focused engagements. This is a Fall 2026 start.

New York bar admission will be required within one year of hire. Competitive compensation and firm-standard benefits are offered.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and eligibility to sit for the New York bar.
• Demonstrated interest in project finance and energy/infrastructure transactional work.
• Strong academic record, excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Team-player attitude, initiative, and ability to manage work independently on client matters.
• New York bar admission required within one year of start.
