ERISA / Employee Benefits Associate

Seeking a mid-level ERISA/employee benefits associate to join a multi-office US practice. The role involves counseling employers and plan sponsors on employee benefits and retirement plan matters, including compliance under ERISA, plan design and documentation, and benefits-related transactional work.

Team-oriented lawyers will work with colleagues across offices to support a broad client base. The firm offers standard benefits and location-dependent compensation ranges; additional contingent compensation may be available.

• Prior experience in ERISA, employee benefits and retirement plan matters
• Strong academic credentials and excellent judgment
• Clear written and oral communication skills and client service orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and practice groups
