The role supports a broad executive compensation practice and frequently works alongside corporate and M&A teams on complex transactions and advisory matters.
The position is open across multiple U.S. offices (including Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Boston). Assignments will include advising on mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting and offerings, and general counseling on executive and equity‑based compensation arrangements.
The team values strong substantive tax and securities experience, attention to technical detail, and excellent written and oral communication. Applicants should be prepared to submit standard application materials as requested.
- 4–6 years' post‑qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits work
- Substantive experience with Section 409A, Section 280G, Sections 83 and 421–424, and securities law issues affecting employee incentives
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A and public company matters
- Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction required
