Work will span equity plans, executive employment arrangements, compensatory partnership interests, ESOP-related work and general employee benefits counseling.
The team values strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and a collaborative approach. This role is based in Austin with an expected in-office presence of at least four days per week. Texas bar membership is preferred and must be obtained within one year of start.

- 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in executive compensation, equity-plan work, ESOPs or employee benefits.
- Demonstrable drafting and analytical skills; strong academic record.
- Experience with executive employment arrangements and compensatory partnership interests preferred.
- Texas bar membership preferred; must be admitted within one year of hire if not already admitted.
- Ability to work in-office a minimum of four days per week in Austin.
