Top-tier national practice seeks an associate with 2–4 years' experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Work will span equity plans, executive employment arrangements, compensatory partnership interests, ESOP-related work and general employee benefits counseling.

The team values strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and a collaborative approach. This role is based in Austin with an expected in-office presence of at least four days per week. Texas bar membership is preferred and must be obtained within one year of start.

Demonstrable drafting and analytical skills; strong academic record.
