Apply in confidence →Top-tier US tax practice is seeking an associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure team. This is a transactional tax role focused on power and energy‑transition matters across multiple US offices.
The team advises on financings, M&A, and energy tax‑credit transactions and collaborates with cross‑office tax, finance, and project teams. The role offers exposure to tax equity, joint ventures, partnership tax issues, and drafting/negotiating tax provisions in commercial transaction documents.
- Minimum of 2 years of US tax experience (transactional focus)
- Experience with financings and M&A in power or energy‑transition sectors
- Substantive exposure to energy tax credit / tax equity transactions and partnership tax rules
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating tax provisions in partnership agreements, credit agreements, and purchase/sale documents
