An elite global law firm is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its Tax group in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional background and a demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality work product and client service.

The firm offers an enhanced mentorship program designed for lateral attorneys, along with professional development resources and a hybrid work model. Attorneys also have access to an extensive pro bono program, with credit for time devoted to causes that align with their interests and community legal needs.

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000 and $435,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
