Experienced Lawyer — Miami

A highly regarded international law firm is seeking experienced lawyers to join its Miami team. The role will involve advising on complex commercial matters with domestic and cross-border dimensions.

Successful candidates will work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to client-facing matters across the firm's regional practice areas. The office offers exposure to high‑value, sophisticated work for corporate and institutional clients.

• J.D. or equivalent law degree and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Several years of post-qualification experience in commercial or cross-border matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage client relationships
