Join a national Motor Injury team handling high-value, complex motor-related injury claims for major insurers and corporate clients across the UK. The team provides end-to-end claims management, from pre-emptive advice and investigation through litigation.

This role involves running a personal caseload of complex files, developing clear case strategies, and working collaboratively with senior lawyers on higher-value matters. There is scope to expand your portfolio in a supportive, promotion-focused environment.

Strong adherence to internal and client protocols, commercial case management, and contribution to business development and client relationship activity are expected.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with senior-level experience
Experience handling RTA, employers' liability, public liability, large-loss, catastrophic and other complex injury claims
Proven ability to manage a personal caseload and meet SLAs/KPIs
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
Team-oriented, collegiate approach and experience building client relationships
