J.D. (or equivalent) and active California Bar membership in good standing
3–6 years' post‑qualification experience in a law firm family law practice
Experience with both contentious and non‑contentious family work, including complex financial disputes and child custody matters
Comfort handling cross‑border issues and coordinating with tax/trust advisers
Strong matter management, drafting and advocacy skills; able to work with limited supervision
Willingness to participate in business development and team profile‑building activities
