FDA & Healthcare Regulatory Associate — Washington

Mid-level associate position on a national FDA and healthcare regulatory team based in Washington, D.C. The group advises life‑sciences and consumer product clients across the product lifecycle, with a notable focus on food, beverage, and dietary supplement matters.

The role involves counseling clients on FDA‑ and USDA‑regulated issues including product development strategy, labeling and advertising, safety and compliance, adverse event reporting, recalls, agency inspections, and remediation. The team works across practice groups to deliver practical, commercially focused regulatory and compliance advice to brands, retailers, and manufacturers.

Ideal candidates will be client‑facing, able to take ownership of matters, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving regulatory practice.

• 3–5 years' experience in FDA/USDA regulatory work — at a law firm or government agency preferred.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in food, beverage, and dietary supplement regulatory matters (labeling, advertising, safety/compliance, recalls).
• Experience advising consumer brands or retailers on product lifecycle and regulatory strategy preferred.
• Comfortable leading client matters, working independently, and collaborating across practice groups.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar or eligibility to waive in.
