Mid-level associate role in a busy finance practice based in San Francisco. The team advises lenders, private credit funds and sponsors on commercial finance matters and offers regular client contact, transactional responsibility and visible partner collaboration.

Work will focus on supporting and executing commercial finance transactions, coordinating closings, conducting diligence, and drafting and negotiating credit and ancillary documentation. Strong training, mentorship and opportunities for professional development are provided.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
2–4 years' transactional finance experience (commercial lending, structured finance or securitization experience a plus)
Proven experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and ancillary closing documents
Experience managing closing checklists, coordinating deliverables and conducting diligence
Admission to and good standing with the California bar
