Leading international law firm seeks an experienced finance partner to join its London banking team. The role focuses on banking and private credit work across UK and cross-border transactions, joining a market-facing group with significant lending and debt finance matters.

The practice offers a platform for fee-earners who originate and lead transactions and want to grow a portable client base. You will work closely with deal teams and senior lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and debt finance, including private credit work.
Demonstrable origination skills and an established network of client relationships; a portable practice is an advantage.
Track record of leading transactions and supervising teams on complex, cross-border financings.
Admission in the UK (or eligible to practise in England & Wales) and strong commercial judgment.
