Seeking a mid-level associate to join a Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice on the Financial Services team. The role supports a broad range of equipment finance, asset‑based lending and commercial finance transactions across multiple US offices.

Day‑to‑day work includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, leases, amendments and ancillary agreements; coordinating and drafting local counsel opinions; conducting due diligence and managing closing mechanics; and communicating with internal teams, referring counsel and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The position is open in multiple US locations, with preference for offices in North Carolina, Irvine (CA), Cleveland (OH), Baltimore (MD) and Denver (CO). Competitive compensation and benefits are provided; candidates are expected to apply via the employer's online application process.

3–6 years' experience in equipment finance, asset‑based lending or commercial finance
Strong drafting skills and transaction experience handling multiple matters simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
