Mergers & Acquisitions Associate — Corporate, Baltimore

Experienced junior associate opportunity on a nationally recognized Corporate & Finance team in Baltimore. The role offers hands-on work supporting sophisticated M&A, capital markets, and public company advisory matters across a range of industries including technology, aerospace & defense, life sciences, energy, and financial services.

The position provides substantial exposure to complex transactions, close mentorship from senior practitioners, and a supportive team environment committed to professional development and increased matter responsibility.

The posted base salary range is $225,000 to $260,000 per year; the role is also eligible for bonuses and standard employee benefits.

• 1–3 years of post-qualification or equivalent US law experience in M&A, corporate transactions, or related capital markets work
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to practice in the United States
• Strong analytical and drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team setting
• Enthusiasm for learning, client service orientation, and interest in taking on increasing responsibility
