A leading international law firm is seeking a talented junior associate with one to three years of relevant experience to join its nationally recognized Corporate & Finance team in Baltimore.

The successful candidate will bring strong foundational training and experience supporting sophisticated M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, or public company advisory work, and will be eager to develop within a high-caliber corporate practice.

The team advises clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, aerospace and defense, government services, life sciences, energy, and financial services, providing meaningful exposure to complex and high-profile matters. One to three years of relevant corporate experience
Experience supporting sophisticated M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, or public company advisory work
Strong analytical and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, team-oriented environment
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a US state bar
