Mid-to-senior associate role on a nationally recognized Corporate & Finance team based in Baltimore, focused on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, strategic alliances and joint ventures across industries such as technology, defense, life sciences, energy and financial services.

The role involves drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, managing multiple workstreams on high-profile matters, and collaborating with senior deal teams and sophisticated clients. Exposure to corporate governance matters and securities or private equity financings is a plus.

The team seeks a collegial, team-oriented candidate with a commitment to mentoring junior lawyers. 3–5 years of relevant law firm M&A experience

Membership in a U.S. bar
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, work collaboratively with senior teams, and mentor junior associates
