There is a preference for candidates based in New York, Boston, or the Washington, DC area, though the role may be filled in several U.S. offices. The team handles equity and debt offerings, periodic reporting, proxy-related matters and other SEC-focused counseling for public companies.

Minimum 4 years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm
Experience with Securities Act offerings (equity and debt) and Exchange Act matters, including proxy statements, Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting
Excellent academic record and strong written and oral communication skills
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain licensure promptly
