Fast-paced corporate practice in Baltimore seeks an associate with experience on M&A transactions for public and private company clients. The role emphasizes drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements and supporting deals from diligence through closing.

Day-to-day work includes legal research and drafting, managing transaction workflow, supporting and attending negotiations, and collaborating closely with partners and deal teams. • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Maryland
• Approximately 2 years of transactional experience handling M&A matters for private and/or public companies
• Experience drafting acquisition agreements and participating in negotiations; prior big‑law transactional experience preferred
• Strong legal research and writing, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively
