Senior finance partner role in a major national firm’s Dallas office, focused on leveraged and structured finance transactions. The role will lead deal teams, manage complex financings, and advise corporate and sponsor clients across the capital structure.

The successful candidate will originate and cultivate client relationships, take responsibility for business development and matter delivery, and mentor associates. A portable practice or demonstrated origination capability is expected.

Substantial partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance.
Proven track record of originating and leading complex financings and managing deal teams.
Strong client development skills and ability to maintain a portable practice.
Licensed to practise in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to become licensed.
