Join a regional Financial Services team based in Dubai advising on financial regulation and fintech matters across the Middle East. The role offers exposure to clients across banking, insurance, fintech and regulators and covers the full product lifecycle from concept and licensing through growth and market expansion.

You will work with cross‑border teams to deliver commercially focused, technically robust advice on regulatory compliance, licensing, digital assets, payments, regtech and emerging products. The role offers early responsibility, structured development and opportunities to build sector expertise in a fast‑evolving market.

1–3 years' post‑qualification experience in financial regulation, fintech or financial services law
Experience advising on licensing, regulatory compliance, payments, digital assets or related fintech matters
Strong drafting and client‑facing skills; ability to work across international teams
Eligible to work in the UAE or able to obtain required authorization
