Financial Restructuring Associate — Bankruptcy, New York

Growing restructuring practice seeks a mid-level associate to join the New York office on complex chapter and out-of-court matters. The role will handle large restructurings, advising creditors and other stakeholders on both transactional and litigation aspects.

The team works on high-stakes creditors' representations, with a mix of bankruptcy court proceedings and negotiated restructurings. Candidates should expect a fast-paced docket and collaborative team environment.

• 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in restructuring/bankruptcy at a major law firm
• Experience representing creditors, particularly secured creditors, in both bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings
• Strong litigation and transactional skills; comfort drafting pleadings, negotiating agreements, and managing complex cases
• Excellent academic credentials, writing, and teamwork skills
