Leading national law firm has an opening for a Financial Restructuring & Reorganization associate with 2–4 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on business reorganizations, workout and restructuring matters, and bankruptcy-related litigation.

Work will be based in either the Atlanta or New York office; candidates may reside in either city. The team seeks associates with strong academic records, thoughtful drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex restructurings.

2–4 years' experience in restructuring, reorganization, bankruptcy law and related litigation
Demonstrable experience on business reorganizations and contested insolvency matters
Excellent academic credentials and strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Authorized to work in the United States (or able to obtain authorization)
