A growing litigation team in Dallas is seeking a mid-level associate (3–5 years' post-qualification experience) to work on complex commercial and financial-services disputes. The role involves defending financial institutions in federal and state litigation and arbitration, with substantial drafting, motion practice, and case-management responsibilities.

3–5 years' litigation experience, preferably defending financial institutions in federal/state court or arbitration
Strong legal research and brief-drafting skills; experience with motion practice
Working familiarity with federal banking regulations and standards
Case-management experience (written discovery, document review/production, working with clients/experts); deposition experience a plus
Solid academic record; Law Review/Journal or Moot Court preferred; admission to the Texas bar required and district admissions preferred
