Apply in confidence →Seeking a Firm Corporate Counsel to join a US-based legal team with flexible location options, including consideration for fully remote US-based candidates. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and works across the Office of the General Counsel to manage the firm’s corporate legal affairs and global risk initiatives.
Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing corporate documents and engagement agreements, supporting corporate secretarial and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions, assisting with responses to RFPs and due diligence requests, and contributing to the development and implementation of AI strategy, policies, and training for the legal department.
The position requires collaborating with stakeholders across the firm, driving enterprise projects to completion, and helping maintain risk management playbooks, templates, and checklists.
- Juris Doctorate and current admission to a U.S. bar in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years’ legal experience at a large firm, preferably in M&A or corporate/transactional practice
- Familiarity with rules of professional conduct and ethics issues; interest/experience with law‑firm use of AI tools strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work with attorneys and staff at all levels
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgment; flexibility to cover varied hours/time zones and some travel required
