Fund Finance Associate — Charlotte

Mid-level associate role in a national finance practice supporting fund finance and leveraged finance matters. The team handles secured and unsecured lending across fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged deals, bridge loans and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings.

The role will work on sophisticated transactions for financial institutions, funds and sponsors and requires strong transactional experience and academic credentials. Candidates should be ready to take lead drafting and negotiating loan documentation and coordinate with deal teams across offices.

• 2–6 years' experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or private credit
• Experience with secured and unsecured lending, syndicated and bilateral financings, and fund financings
• Strong academic credentials and prior law firm transactional experience
• Active U.S. law license (bar admission) and JD or equivalent
