A leading law firm is seeking an associate with at least three years of substantive fund finance and structured finance experience to join its finance and banking practice. This is a multi-office opportunity, with candidates considered for several major U.S. markets.

The successful candidate will work with a broad spectrum of banks, private funds, and asset managers across fund finance and structured finance transactions, taking a lead role in significant portions of those matters. The work spans subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities, and CLOs.

Prior experience handling these types of transactions at a large law firm is preferred. The firm is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.

At least 3 years of substantive fund finance and/or structured finance experience
Experience working with banks, private funds, and asset managers
Ability to lead significant portions of transactions
Preferred: experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities, and CLOs at a large law firm
Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location (Chicago, New York, or Charlotte)
