Top-tier law firm seeks a finance associate to join its US fund finance and structured finance practice, with opportunities across multiple offices. The role involves leading significant portions of fund finance and structured finance transactions for banks, private funds and asset managers.

Typical matters include subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and CLO-related work. The team is looking for someone comfortable drafting and negotiating transactional documents, managing closing processes, and working directly with institutional lenders and fund clients.

The position is open in several US offices; candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

Minimum of 3 years of substantive fund finance or structured finance experience
Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and/or CLOs
Track record of leading significant portions of complex finance transactions and working with banks, private funds and asset managers
Prior experience at a large law firm or in a comparable transactional environment preferred
Admission to the state bar of the chosen office location
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills
