Growing Finance & Banking team seeks a fund finance associate to join the Charlotte office. The role offers substantive experience on fund finance matters and regular client-facing work with banks, asset managers and lending counterparties.

Ideal candidates will work on a range of fund-related financing transactions including NAV facilities, subscription facilities, syndicated and commercial lending, and other secured financings. The team provides high-quality training and meaningful deal responsibility.

3-6 years' post-qualification experience in fund finance, syndicated lending, commercial lending, leveraged finance, NAV financings, or related finance work
Strong academic credentials and solid prior law firm experience
Experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation and coordinating with lenders and sponsors
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships
