Join a market-leading fund formation and sponsor solutions team in London as an Associate. The team advises sponsors, managers, institutional investors and service providers on the full lifecycle of private funds with a strong cross-border focus.

You will be part of a partner-led, collaborative group where you will be given early responsibility on private fundraisings and related transactions. Work includes drafting and negotiating fund documentation, undertaking jurisdictional, regulatory and tax analysis, advising on incentive and governance arrangements, and supporting M&A and secondary transactions with fund-structure input.

The role includes structured training and mentoring, exposure to international clients and advisers, and opportunities to participate in client and business development activities within a supportive team environment.

2–6 years PQE in private funds/fund formation (private equity, private debt, VC, infrastructure or real assets)
Experience drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, side letters, subscription documents and offering materials
Strong understanding of regulatory, tax and jurisdictional issues affecting fund structures
Commercial, client-focused approach with strong drafting and communication skills; ability to work on cross-border matters
