Join a busy fund services group advising leading venture capital and growth equity sponsors across the U.S. and internationally. The team advises clients across the full fund life cycle, from structuring and formation to ongoing fund operations and investment matters.

We seek a collaborative, client-focused associate with 2–6 years of fund formation experience to support sponsor-side work, with opportunities to assist on fund investment activity where relevant. The group values strong drafting, commercial judgment, and clear client communication.
