Seeking an experienced knowledge lawyer to join a global funds and asset management team in New York. The role will provide practice support, maintain and curate precedents and templates, and ensure easy access to fund-related know‑how across the team.

Key responsibilities include legal research and precedent guidance, coordinating opinion templates, driving AI and legal‑tech adoption for private fund workflows, horizon‑scanning regulatory and enforcement developments, producing client and thought‑leadership materials, and designing/delivering training (including NY CLE coordination).

This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role that requires close collaboration with lawyers, legal technology teams, and knowledge management colleagues to enhance efficiency and consistency across fund matters.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school
Admitted to the New York Bar
At least 5 years' experience in fund formation (closed‑ended/private fund structures strongly preferred)
Strong legal research, precedent development and knowledge‑management experience
Experience delivering training and producing client‑facing thought leadership; comfortable with tech/AI adoption initiatives
