Senior corporate attorney role focused on M&A and private equity transactions. The position will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related corporate matters.

Ideal for an entrepreneurial senior lawyer who can manage deals end-to-end, draft transactional documentation, take primary client-facing responsibility and develop business independently. The role carries significant autonomy and direct client contact.

• Class years 2015+ or current Of Counsel-level experience
• Substantial experience handling M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and proven deal management
