The role focuses on fund structuring and formation work — drafting and negotiating fund documentation, coordinating closings and advising on investor-side investments, co-investments and bespoke managed-account structures. The team works across a wide range of asset classes and domiciles and has a strongly international, cross-border remit.

3–7 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Strong technical knowledge of fund documentation (limited partnership agreements, PPMs, subscription agreements) and fund regulatory/compliance issues
Experience negotiating with investors and advising on fund investments, co-investments and bespoke structures
Practical experience with one or more fund domiciles (e.g. ADGM, DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, Delaware, Jersey/Guernsey)
Excellent academic record and relevant legal qualification; non‑English qualifications will be considered
Comfortable working on cross-border matters and multi-jurisdictional transactions; strong drafting and client-facing skills
