Interim consultancy panel seeking lawyers with project development and project finance experience to support clients across the Middle East. Assignments are typically full-time for c. six months based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai), with some remote opportunities supporting projects in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere in the region.

Candidates on the panel will work on financing, procurement and infrastructure contracts for energy, power, water and oil & gas projects. Roles commonly involve negotiating EPC, O&M and other project contracts and supporting project financings with public and private counterparties.

The role sits on a global consultant platform that provides project allocation, administrative support and access to training, professional resources and on-assignment support from senior lawyers. Flexible working arrangements are available for certain assignments.

  • 5–7 years' PQE with strong project finance or project development experience at a top-tier law firm.
  • Experience advising on project financings, EPC/O&M and procurement or related infrastructure contracts.
  • Previous in-house experience (corporates, banks or sovereign entities) and Middle East experience preferred; Arabic language skills advantageous.
  • Consultancy mindset: self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working on fixed-term assignments; must hold a practising certificate or equivalent permitting regional practice.
